Prerequisites

  • Experience in use and maintenance of vehicles and refuelling equipment
  • Intermediate knowledge in automation : servo controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • Intermediate knowledge in mechanics and jet fuel circuit

Objectives

  • To build and reinforce knowledge and skills of stakeholders
  • To enable stakeholders to better understand technical architecture of equipment to ease maintenance
  • To help to define proper troubleshooting methods

Content

The instructor will detail the following topics both in theoretical and with “hands-on” practice with theoretical exercises and simulation exercises to validate the various milestones :

  • Fuelling module hydraulic technology : components, assembly, reading and interpreting schematics, maintenance, troubleshooting
  • Fuelling module pneumatic technology : components, assembly, reading and interpreting schematics, maintenance, troubleshooting
  • PLC : presentation and use of the GUI/EUI
  • Layout between servos and controls (electrics, hydraulics and interlocks)
  • Equipment control and power schematics reading and analysis
  • Troubleshooting procedure
